台湾农业金融体系的职能、特征及其启示

摘要

台湾地区完善的农业金融体系，在支持岛内农业现代化建设上取得了明显成效；而大陆地区的农业金融体系，因其机构功能错位难以形成有效的运行机制，农业金融体系不够完善，农业金融体系改革迫在眉睫。该文以台湾农业金融机构的设置为出发点，从机构运行、金融监管、政策支农、信用担保及法律法规五个方面对台湾农业金融体系进行剖析，并为深化大陆农业金融体系改革提出相关对策建议。%The agricultural financial system of Taiwan has achieved significant results in support of its agricultural modernization;while the agriculture financial system in Mainland China haven’t form an effective operational mecha-nism because of its functions dislocation.The agricultural finance system is not perfect and reform is imminent.In the base of agricultural financial institutions in Taiwan,running from operation mechanism,financial regulation,ag-riculture policy,credit guarantees and legal regulations to analyze the agricultural financial system of Taiwan and make relevant suggestions for deepening the reform of Mainland China agricultural finance system .
