目的：探讨小梭形造口术后引流治疗尿道旁腺囊(脓)肿的临床效果。方法选择2010年1月—2015年4月该院收治的女性尿道旁腺囊(脓)肿患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例,其中观察组实施小梭形造口引流术治疗,对照组行囊肿切除术,对所有患者实施1年的电话随访,比较两组手术时间、术中出血及住院时间,并统计两组出现并发症情况。结果观察组手术时间为(11.3±2.1)min,短于对照组的(15.6±2.3)(P<0.05),术中出血为(3.6±0.2)mL,少于对照组的(5.3±0.3)mL(P<0.05),住院时间为(1.6±0.2)d,短于对照组的(2.5±0.3)d(P<0.05),观察组发生术后严重疼痛及尿道狭窄的比例为2.5%,显著低于对照组的22.5%(P<0.05),两组术后复发比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小梭形造口引流术治疗女性尿道旁腺囊(脓)肿,手术时间短,出血少,术后恢复快,且复发率低。%Objective To investigate the effect of small fusiform stoma drainage for paraurethral capsule (pus) swollen. Methods 80 cases with paraurethral capsule (pus) swollen from January 2010 to April 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into two group,each 40 case, the observation group were used small fusiform stoma drainage treatment, the control group were used cystectomy, all patients were followed-up with telephone by one year,then operative time, blood loss and hospital stay, complications arise and statistical groups were compared. Results The operation time in the observation group was(11.3 ± 2.1) min, it was shorter than (15.6±2.3)min of control group (P<0.05), blood loss was (3.6±0.2) mL,it was less than (5.3±0.3) mL of control group(P<0.05), hospital stay time was(1.6±0.2)d,it was shorter than (2.5±0.3)d of control group(P<0.05), postoperative severe pain and urethral stricture ratio were 2.5%, it were lower than 22.5% of control group (P<0.05),postoperative recurrence ratio had no difference in the two group(P>0.05). Conclusion Small spindle ostomy drainage treatment of female gland capsule (pus) swollen had shorter operative time, less bleeding, faster recovery, and it has litter recurrence rate.
