锁定钢板内固定治疗老年桡骨远端骨质疏松性骨折的效果探讨

摘要

Objective To approach result of treatment agedness osteoporotic distal radius fractures by locking plate in-ternal fixation. Methods The 68 cases clinical data of agedness osteoporotic distal radius fractures patients in our hos-pital bone subject from 2013.2 to 2016.1 were analyzed, Which was to be divided into two groups by different fixed treatment,ordinary steel plate fixed group 28 cases and locking plate fixation group 40 cases. The healing time、ulnar deviation angle、palm angle、prognostic features good rate of two groups agedness osteoporotic distal radius fractures pa-tients were detected. Results The healing time (12.1±0.4)w of locking plate fixation agedness osteoporotic distal radius fractures patients were lower than ordinary steel plate fixed group(13.6±0.5)w,ulnar deviation angle(16.7±2.4)°、palm angle(7.9±1.2)°、prognostic features good rate 95%were higher than ordinary steel plate fixed group(11.9±2.2)°、(5.0± 1.0)°、78.6%,P<0.05,the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion The curative effect of agedness osteo-porotic distal radius fractures by locking plate fixation treatment are good,prognosis is obviously,which is to be used.%目的：探讨锁定钢板内固定治疗老年桡骨远端骨质疏松性骨折的效果情况。方法分析该院2013年2月一2016年1月骨一科收治的68例老年桡骨远端骨质疏松性骨折患者临床资料,依据固定治疗方式不同进行分组,普通钢板固定组28例和锁定钢板固定组40例。观察两组老年桡骨远端骨质疏松性骨折患者愈合时间、尺偏角、掌倾角、预后功能优良率情况。结果锁定钢板固定组老年桡骨远端骨质疏松性骨折患者愈合时间(12.1±0.4)周低于普通钢板固定组(13.6±0.5)周,尺偏角(16.7±2.4)°、掌倾角(7.9±1.2)°、预后功能优良率95%均高于普通钢板固定组(11.9±2.2)°、(5.0±1.0)°、78.6%,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论锁定钢板内固定治疗老年桡骨远端骨质疏松性骨折疗效良好,预后明显,值得临床推广应用。
