Three improved design schemes for the thermal design of power cabinet were proposed based on the original design scheme.The multi-physical field coupling of the thermal structure was analyzed and tested with the introduction of thermal simulation in the primary design phase.Based on the comparative analysis,the optimal design scheme was determined,and the prototype of the cabinet was manufactured.It is verified that simulation results agree well with experiment results.%依托某电源机柜的热设计方案,提出了3种改进方案.在设计初期引入热仿真分析,对系统中热-结构的多物理场耦合问题进行分析和测试.然后,对初始方案和3种改进方案进行仿真对比分析,确定了最优改进方案,并制造了改进方案样机.最后,对初始样机与改进样机进行试验验证,试验结果与仿真结果相吻合.
