PET瓶用切片中乙醛测试标准的修订建议

摘要

本文对瓶用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)树脂国标中乙醛分析方法的各操作步骤进行了研究,对样品粉碎颗粒度、样品称样量、样品保存条件和时间、样品平衡时间、色谱操作条件和顶空操作条件、标准曲线制作等进行了细化,提出了国标修订的建议.%In this paper, the bottle grade PET chips acetaldehyde analysis method of national standard in various operational details were studied.Modification suggestion was put forward, including granularity, sample quantity, sample storage condition and time, sample equilibrium time, the operation conditions of chromatography, the operation conditions of the headspace and the standard curve producing and so on.
