In this paper, Layered double hydroxides had been melt-grafted by the ethylene-acrylic acid random copolymer and then blended with high-density polyethylene to prepare nanocomposites. The results showed that the mechanical properties of nanocomposites were enhanced, the Izod impact strength was enhanced about 25 percent, while the tensile strength 35 percent. The process of the grafted layered double hydroxides and the structure of the nanocomposites were investigated by FTIR, WXRD and DSC.%利用乙烯—丙烯酸无规共聚物与水滑石进行熔融接枝,然后与高密度聚乙烯共混挤出制备纳米复合材料.结果表明:乙烯—丙烯酸无规共聚物成功接枝在水滑石片层上,纳米复合材料的拉伸和冲击性能得到提高,冲击性能可提高25%以上,拉伸强度可提高35%以上;FTIR,WXRD,DSC与TEM等方法证实乙烯丙烯酸无规共聚物熔融接枝水滑石提高了水滑石在HDPE中的分散,有利于HDPE结晶,晶粒细化.
