PPA/SBS复合改性沥青的性能研究

摘要

研究了添加不同多聚磷酸(PPA)掺量的SBS改性沥青的性能,分析了多聚磷酸影响SBS改性沥青的机理.结果表明,随PPA掺量的增加,SBS改性沥青的软化点、135℃运动粘度、车辙因子、针入度指数、针入度比等技术指标逐渐增大,而RTFOT老化前后的5℃延度值、针入度值均下降.%The performances of one type of petroleum asphalt modified by SBS and different dosage polyphospho-ric acid (PPA) have been studied and the reaction mechanism between PPA and asphalt has been explored in this paper. The results showed that the technology datum such as softening point,kinematic viscosity at 135℃,rutting factor,penetration degree index and ration and so on were rising by the dosage of PPA increasing. However some results such as the ductility at 5℃ of original sample and residual sample after aging by RTFOT and penetration de-grees under different temperature were lowering following the dosage of PPA increasing.
