电镀金刚石线锯的研究现状与发展

摘要

文章综述了电镀金刚石线锯的构造和特点以及制备工艺过程，并对其应用情况进行了简要介绍，对目前存在的问题进行了初步的探讨，并就未来的发展趋势进行了展望。%The structure,characteristics and preparation process of electroplated diamond wire saw have been summarized in this article.The application of it has also been briefly introduced.Meanwhile,the existing problems have been preliminary discussed and the future development trend has been predicted.
