氧化锌粉在硫酸尾气脱硫中的应用实践探索

     

摘要

The advantages and disadvantages were compared about the existing tail gas desulphurization processes in the sulphuric acid production.Two types of zinc oxide powders were selected and tested as the agents for the industrial desulphurization.The desul-phurization efficiency,the environmental performance indicators,and the operating cost were analyzed to determine the optimal process parameters.The slurry concentration should be controlled within 20%to 30%by mass,the desulphurization rate was kept at more than 98%.The quality of the exhaust gas met the emission standards.%对现有典型硫酸尾气脱硫工艺进行了优缺点对比.选择2种氧化锌粉作为脱硫剂进行工业化试验,分别对脱硫效率、环保指标、运行成本进行分析,确定最佳工艺参数为:浆液质量分数控制在20%~30%时,脱硫效率大于98%,尾气达标排放.
