某冶炼厂新建1套离子液脱硫系统,用于处理奥炉冶炼系统产生的含SO2烟气.针对烟气中SO2浓度高、不同工况下SO2浓度波动大、待处理烟气成分差异性大等难题,设计人员采取设置富液缓冲罐,对吸收液和脱盐废水进行再利用等措施加以优化.系统分析后表明,该离子液脱硫系统脱除单位SO2成本仅为石灰石-石膏法、氨法、氧化镁法等常规脱硫技术运行费用的60%~80%,且副产高纯二氧化硫10552 t/a.%A desulphurization system was built up to treat SO2-containing flue gas in a smelter.Aiming at the problems of high SO2concentration in flue gas, large fluctuation of SO2concentration in different working conditions and large difference of flue gas components to be treated,a set of rich liquid buffer tank was designed to reuse absorption liquid and desalted wastewater.Practice has proved that the operation cost of desulphurization system is only 60%-80% of that of limestone-gypsum method, ammonia method, magnesium oxide method and other conventional desulphurization technologies,and it can also produce 10 552 t/a of high purity sul-phur dioxide.
