The effects of water stress on SOD, POD, CAT activities of Saccharum L., S. spontaneum and E. arundinaceus (Retz.) Jeswiet were studied. The results showed that the activity of SOD、POD and CAT in S. spontaneum increased along with prolonging of water stress, reaching a maximum value at 6 day and 7 day after water stress, respectively. SOD and POD activity in E. arundinaceus (Retz.) Jeswiet also showed a rising trend, but with larger fluctuations;CAT activity was first increased and then decreased. With the prolonging of drought stress time, ROC22’s SOD activity showed a trend of decreasing first and then rising, and its POD and CAT activity showed a trend of decline.%水分胁迫条件下,研究甘蔗、割手密和斑茅超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的变化。结果表明,割手密SOD、POD和CAT活性随着水分胁迫时间的延长呈上升趋势,分别在水分胁迫后6天和7天达到最大值;斑茅的SOD和POD活性整体也表现为上升趋势,但其波动幅度较大;CAT活性表现为先升后降的变化趋势。随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,甘蔗品种ROC22的SOD表现为先降后升的变化趋势,POD和CAT均表现为下降的变化趋势。
