本研究针对不同产地甘蔗及不同制糖工艺的制糖废糖蜜质量波动大的现状,从糖蜜杂质沉降速率、产泡性及酸碱度等理化性质着手,建立了一套快速的针对性和可操性强的糖蜜质量鉴别与分类方法;采用多种工艺组合,研究建立不同糖蜜预处理工艺。%In connection with the current status of varied quality of molasses from different cane area or different processing technology, a rapid, targeted and operable method to identify and classify the molasses was established according to such physicochemical properties of molasses as sedimentation rate of impurities, foaming and pH value. Different pretreatment for molasses was also researched and established by combination of multiple processes.
