敌草隆和阿灭净除草剂对粤糖60号的安全性测定

摘要

报道了蔗田常用的2种除草剂(敌草隆、阿灭净)对甘蔗品种粤糖60号进行杂草防除和安全测定。结果表明，同一种除草剂，随着喷药剂量的增加，甘蔗株高增加、分蘖率降低，最佳剂量以1500 g/hm2为宜。在芽前、芽后喷施敌草隆或阿灭净，粤糖60号的总生物量与对照均有显著差异，明显低于对照。粤糖60号甘蔗品种总鲜重表现出对敌草隆和阿灭净不同剂量、不同喷施期的敏感性差异，但在实践中，可用地上部鲜重来代替总鲜重进行研究。此外，对这2种除草剂来说，阿灭净除草剂对粤糖60号的伤害相对较小。因此，在粤糖60号的生产上，以选择低剂量的阿灭净为宜。%The security of two herbicides (diuron and ametryn) to sugarcane variety Yuetang60 were studied. The result showed that the tillering rate would come down and the stem height would increase along with the application rate. The optimum application rate is 1500 g/hm2 for each herbicide. Total biomass of Yuetang60 decreased greatly compared with the CK treatment on different application stages for these herbicides. The total biomass of Yuetang60 was characterized with sensitivities to the application rate and stage of diuron and ametryn. In real practice, the sensitivities can be studied according to the weight of ground department instead of the total biomass. Meanwhile, the injuries to Yuetang 60 from ametryn is relatively less than that from diuron. Therefore, low dosage of ametryn would be a suitable choice in the practical application.
