采用均衡压榨DCS自动化控制系统,应用于甘蔗糖厂压榨工段提汁过程并对压榨1#、2#输送机速度调节控制和高位槽的料位测量位置进行改进,有效提高压榨抽出率、降低蔗渣转光度、确保生产安全率等生产关键控制指标,提高生产自动化控制水平,减轻员工劳动强度;同时,提升安全均衡控制,降低能耗,改善产品质量,为提高德宏州制糖生产技术水平提供强有力的技术支撑.%Regarding the application of balanced crushing DCS in the process of sugar cane juice extraction process, the speed adjustment control of No.1 and No.2 conveyors and the measurement position of material level of the header tank were improved, which resulted in effective improvement of the key indicators of the production control, including increased crushing extraction rate, reduced bagasse pol and the guaranteed production safety rate. At the same time, the level of production automation control was increased and the staff labor intensity was decreased as well. In addition, it benefited the promotion of the safety balance control, reduction of the energy consumption, and enhancement of the product quality, providing a powerful technical support for the improvement of the level of sugar production in Dehong.
