高功率阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池设计

摘要

High power VRLA battery (VRLA) with reduced weight, reduced volume, good sealing performance, low self discharge rate, easy maintenance, long battery life, the advantages of corrosion and environmental pollution is greatly reduced, more and more widely used. This paper introduces the principle of VRLA battery, and analyzed its technology the characteristics of one kind of automobile batteries; and puts forward the design idea and design of safety valve.%高功率阀控密封铅酸蓄电池(VRLA)具有重量减轻、体积减小、密封性能好、自放电率低、易于维护操作、延长电池寿命、对环境腐蚀与污染大大降低等优点，应用越来越广泛。介绍了阀控式铅酸蓄电池原理，分析了其技术特性，并对某种汽车用蓄电池提出了设计思想及安全阀的设计。
