产学研合作科技成果转化的过程和模式研究

摘要

Based on the urgent need for the innovation and development of modern salt chemical industry, the paper studies the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the process of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, transformation mode and transformation policies. Proposed and analyzed the three stages of the transformation of scientiifc and technological achievements, the pilot phase and the industrialization of the 8 stages, the patent transfer, transfer agencies, technology shares, joint research and development of scientific and technological achievements and the choice of methods, and research into the relevant policy support requirements, in order to promote the integration of enterprise resources, help enterprises restructuring and upgrading.%基于现代盐化工创新发展对产学研合作和科技成果转化的迫切需求，本文从科技成果转化的过程、转化模式和转化政策等方面研究了产学研合作中的科技成果转化。提出并分析了科技成果转化的实验室阶段、中试阶段和产业化三个阶段，分析了专利转让、转移机构、技术入股、联合研发等8个科技成果转化模式及其选择方法，并研究了科技成果转化的相关政策支持要求，以期推进校企资源整合，助力企业转型升级。
