悬浮导向用板形弹簧优化设计研究

     

摘要

Suspended directional structure is a new valve directional structure; the key of the design of suspended directional structure is the S-spring design. Firstly the mechanical model and finite element model of the S-spring is analyzed, and then using Abaqus software, the design parameters of the S-spring is optimized with the optimization goal of radial stiffness of S-spring, and with the boundary condition of axial stiffness and assembly zone. Then basing design experience, the geometrical profile where convergent stress exists is modified, which reduces the maximum stress. At last the geometrical profile parameters are optimized with the optimization goal of minimum stress. The analysis process and result is available for S-spring design.%悬浮导向是一种新型的阀门导向结构,悬浮导向结构设计的关键是板形弹簧的设计.本文首先分析了板形弹簧的力学模型、有限元计算模型,然后以Abaqus软件为基础,以板形弹簧的径向刚度为优化目标,以轴向刚度、安装区域为边界条件,对设计参数进行了优化分析.然后根据设计经验,对应力集中部位几何轮廓进行了修改,减小了最大工作应力.最后以轮廓尺寸为优化参数,以应力最小为优化目标对轮廓进行了优化.本文的分析过程、结果为板形弹簧的设计提供了有价值的参考.
