应用分解刚度法分析金属点阵夹芯板屈曲问题

         

摘要

Based on Ressiner sandwich panel theory,buckling of truss-core panel with simply-supported boundary conditions was studied under in-plane compression using split rigidity method.For simplicity,truss-core was equivalent to a continuum and the flexural rigidity of the core and the shear stiffness of the face plate were ignored.The buckling critical loads factors were obtained based on the energy principle.The results obtained by using the split rigidity method were compared with those using Hu Haichang method.Buckling critical loads factors corresponding to three kinds of core materials (alloy steel,cast steel and aluminum alloy) were,respectively,determined.The effects of cell configuration of truss-core,the angle of the core rod and the thickness of the face plate on the buckling critical loads were discussed.%基于Ressiner夹层板理论,采用分解刚度法对四边简支点阵夹芯板承受面内压缩荷载时的屈曲问题进行了分析.将点阵夹芯均匀等效为连续体,假定夹芯只提供抗剪切刚度,面板只提供抗弯刚度,基于能量原理得到了屈曲临界载荷系数.将分解刚度法和胡海昌法得到的结果进行了对比.分别针对合金钢、铸钢和铝合金三种材料夹芯进行了临界载荷系数计算.讨论了点阵胞元构型、夹芯杆倾斜角度和面板厚度对屈曲临界载荷的影响规律.
