预应力碳纤维布加固型钢梁变形计算分析

             

摘要

通过7根预应力碳纤维布加固型钢梁的试验研究,对预应力碳纤维布加固型钢梁的荷载挠度曲线进行了分析.试验结果表明,相对于未加固型钢梁,预应力碳纤维布加固提高了型钢梁的屈服荷载和刚度,且随预应力碳纤维布层数的增加而增大,而非预应力碳纤维布加固提高不明显.在试验研究的基础上,对预应力碳纤维布加固型钢梁的变形进行了分析,并根据不同阶段提出了预应力碳纤维布加固型钢梁在型钢梁屈服前和屈服后的挠度计算公式,其计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,可为实际工程应用提供参考.%Seven steel beams strengthened with prestressed Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) had been tested.The loading-deflection curves of the strengthened beams were demonstrated in details.The test results indicate that,compared to the unstrengthened beams,the yield load and the rigidity of the steel beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP increase and they increase with the layer numbers' increase of prestressed CFRP.And strengthening with non-prestressed CFRP can't improve the yield load and the rigidity of the steel beams obviously.Based on the experiment,the characteristics of the specimens' deflection were analyzed and the calculation methods are presented to calculate the deflection of the specimens before and after yielding according to different stages.The comparative results show that the theoretical calculation results are consistent with the experimental results.The calculation method can provide a reference for engineering application.
