高效液相色谱法测定石淋通颗粒中夏佛塔苷的含量

摘要

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of schaftoside in Shilintong Granules.METHODS The DiamonsilTM C18 (5μm,4.6 ×250mm) column was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.10%phosphoric acid (25∶75) at 1.0mL· min -1.The detection wavelength was 272nm and the column temperature was 35℃.RESULTS The calibration curve was in good linearity within 0.006 ~1.044μg ( r =0.9999 ).The average recovery was 99.53%,RSD was 1.05%( n=6 ).CONCLUSION The method is simple ,ac-curate and reproducible.It can be used for content determination of schaftoside in Shilintong Granules.%目的：建立了高效液相色谱法测定石淋通颗粒中夏佛塔苷含量的测定方法。方法采用DiamonsilTM C18色谱柱（5μm，4.6×250μg），甲醇-0.10％磷酸溶液（32∶68）为流动相，流速：1.0mL· min 1，检测波长272nm，柱温：35℃。结果夏佛塔苷进样量在0.006μg～1.044μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性（r＝0.9999），平均回收率为99.53％，RSD＝1.05％（n＝6）。结论该方法操作简便、准确、重复性好，可用于石淋通颗粒的质量控制。
