HPLC法测定石淋通片中夏佛塔苷的含量

摘要

目的：建立测定石淋通片中夏佛塔苷含量的HPLC法。方法：采用Diamonsil C18（4.6 mm ×250 mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相为乙腈-1％乙酸溶液（13∶87），流量1.0 mL· min－1，检测波长272 nm，柱温30℃。结果：夏佛塔苷进样量在0.4614～1.230μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（ r＝0.9997）；平均加样回收率为98.49％，其RSD为0.45％。结论：该方法简便、准确，重复性好，可用于石淋通片质量控制。%Objective:To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of schaftoside in Shilintong Tablets.Methods: A Dia-monsil C18 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm) was adopted with acetonitrile-1%acetic acid (13∶87) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL· min-1.The detection wavelength was 272 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results:The calibration curve of schaftoside had a good linearity within 0.4614-1.230 μg ( r=0.9997 ).The average recovery was 98.49% and RSD was 0.45%.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Shilintong Tablets.
