HPLC法测定八珍丸（浓缩丸）中芍药苷的含量

摘要

目的：建立HPLC法测定八珍丸（浓缩丸）中芍药苷的含量。方法采用 Agilent C18（4.6mm ×100mm，2.7μm）色谱柱，以乙腈∶0.1％磷酸（17∶83）为流动相，流速为0.4mL· min －1，检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷的线性范围为20.3～406ng（r ＝0.9998），平均回收率为99.54％，RSD为0.8％（ n＝9）。结论该方法结果准确，灵敏度高，重复性好，可用于八珍丸（浓缩丸）的质量控制。%ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in BaZhen Pills ( Concen-trated pills) by HPLC.METHODS A Agilent C18(4.6mm ×100mm,2.7μm) column was used,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1%phosphoric acid (17∶83) at the flow rate of 0.4mL· min-1.The detection wave-length was 230 nm.RESULTS A good linear correlation of paeoniflorin was obtained within the range of 20.3~406ng(r=0.9998),and the average recovery was 99.54% with RSD of 0.8%(n =9).CONCLUSION The method is accurate ,sensitive and reproducible ,and can be used in the quality control of BaZhen Pills ( Concentrated pills).
