针对阿尔兹海默病的抗氧化剂研究进展

摘要

Alzheimer′s disease (AD) is becoming a serious threat to life expectancy for elderly people .Nowadays, it is generally accepted that the occurrence of oxidative stress played an important role in the occurrence and develop -ment in AD.The research of antioxidants on the base of oxidative stress hypothesis is one of the current hot fields in anti-AD drug development for different pathogenic mechanisms of AD .Herein,we highlight significant progress in the field.We will examine how ,by targeting the main sites of ROS production .We will discuss the intertwined relation-ship between oxidative stress and other active players of the neurotoxic cascade .%阿尔茨海默病（ AD）是一种严重威胁老年人生命健康的疾病。现普遍认为氧化应激在AD的发生和发展中起了重要作用。在针对不同靶点的抗AD药物开发中，基于AD的氧化应激学说的抗氧化剂研究是当前热点领域之一。所以本文主要针对AD的氧化应激学说，就抗氧化剂对抗AD的研究进展进行综述，重点讨论如何通过靶向ROS产生的主要位点，研究氧化应激和其他毒害神经级联因素之间的关系。
