HPLC 测卡马西平的血清药物浓度

摘要

目的：建立人体血清中高效液相色谱法测卡马西平的血药浓度。方法采用色谱柱：ODS－C18柱（150mm ×4．6mm，5μm），流动相：甲醇∶水（22∶78）为流动相，流速：0．8mL・ min －1，检测波长：210nm，柱温：15℃。结果卡马西平血药浓度在2．18～21．8μg・ mL －1，线性关系良好（r2＝0．9983）。回收率在97．2％～101．3％之间，日间、日内精密度RSD均＜2％（n＝5）。结论该方法准确、灵敏、简便，适用于卡马西平血药浓度测定。%OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of Carbamazepin in human plas-ma.METHODS Serum samples were precipitated by methanol ,methanol∶water(22∶78) as mobile phase,the flow rate was 0.8mL・ min-1,ODS-C18 column(150mm ×4.6mm,5μm),the column temperature was 15℃,the UV de-tection wavelength was 210 nm.RESULTS Carbamazepin blood concentration had good linearrelationship in 2.18~21.8μg・ mL-1 ,( r2 =0.9983 ).The reconery rate was97.2%~101.3%,daytime,intraday precision RSD <2%( n=5).CONCLUSION The method is accurate,sensitive,simple and suitable for the determination of Carbamaz-epin in human plasma .
