柴胡中挥发油的提取工艺研究

ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE The optimal extraction process for essential oil from Bupleurum Chinese and the inclu-sion of the essential oil with β-CD was investigated by orthogonal method .METHODS For the extraction of esenoil in Bupleurum Chinese ,we examine in the mount of water 8 times、10 times、12 times;the time of extraction 8 hours、10 hours、12 hours.The two factors can effect on the extraction process ,the mount of essential oil is the index .The in-clusion of essential oil with β-CD,we examine in the temperature of inclusion ,the degree of oil:β-CD,the degree ofβ-CD:water.The three factors can effect on the inclusion .The inclusion rate of oil is the indes .RESULTS the wa-ter of 10 times、the time of extraction 10 hours,the mout of essential oil .the degree of oil∶β-CD=1∶10,the degree ofβ-CD:watre 1∶15,at 50℃,the maximum of inclusion rate .CONCLUSION Different conditions have a great effect for the extract of essential oil from Bupleurum Chinese and the inclusion of the essential oil with β-CD.%目的：采用正交设计方法对柴胡中挥发油的提取工艺和挥发油的包合进行探讨。方法以挥发油量为指标，考察加水量8倍，10倍，12倍；提取时间8h，10h，12h等因素对提取工艺的影响。以挥发油的包合率为指标，用β－环糊精对挥发油进行包合，考察包合温度、挥发油：β－环糊精的比例和β－环糊精：水的比例等因素对包合的影响。结果10倍量的水，提取10h，得到的挥发油量最大。挥发油：β－CD＝1∶10，β－CD∶水＝1∶15，在50℃温度下进行包合，得到挥发油的包合率最高。结论不同的条件对柴胡中挥发油的提取影响很大。
