根据三级医院评审要求谈药房药品有效期管理中存在的问题与对策

摘要

ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To summarize the problems of drug administration in ward pharmacy,and to standard-ize drug administration in pharmacy.METHODS Combing with the evaluation if tertiary general hospital and the work practices,the problems of the drugs administration in the ward pharmacy were analyzed to put forward counter-measures,such as imperfect storage conditions and hardware facilities,unscientific drugs placement,drugs expiration and drugs return,etc.RESULTS and CONCLUSION Appropriate solutions were put forward,such as normalizing drugs normalizing drugs storage,perfecting hardware facilities,placing drugs scientifically,making warning labels,en-hancing management of expiration date and prescription plans,normalizing drugs return regulations.The institutionali-zation,standardization and systematization of the drugs administration had been conducted in or turn regulations.The institutionalization,standardization and systematization of the drugs administration had been conducted in order to en-sure the drugs quality and safety of clinical medication,moreover the pharmacy may serve pharmaceutical care better.%目的：总结医疗机构药剂科药品有效期管理中存在的问题并对其进行规范管理。方法根据三级医院评审的要求以及工作实践，针对药剂科药品有效期管理存在的问题如采购计划不合理，贮存条件及硬件设施不完善、药品摆放不科学等几个方面的问题进行分析并提出对策。结果与结论提出规范的药品采购计划、完善药品贮存硬件设施、科学的药品摆放方法、药品有效期管理的制度等方法和对策，实施制度化、规范化、系统化的管理，以保障药品质量和临床用药安全，使药剂科能够更好地为临床用药服务。
