复方玄驹胶囊联合维生素C治疗少弱精症疗效观察

摘要

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of compound Xuanju cap sules combined with vitamin Cin asthenospermia and oligospermiaon.METHODS 349 ca ses patients of asthenospermia andoligospermiaon were divided into three groups accord ing to age:20 to 30years,31~40years,≥41years;Compared with 42 cases wit h out treatment,the control group was not treated.Each groups were treated with c ompound Xuanju capsule combined with vitamin C for three months.Contrasted the gr oupsbetween before and after treatment,for the sperm concentration,the percent age of A+B grade spermatozoa,total number of spermatozoa.RESULTS WTB ZOn the three groups which after treatmented,there were significantly higher than the three tec hnical targets of before treatmented;In the three groups,the 31~40 years gro u p of sperm quality improved most obvious.CONCLUSION There is significant effect of the patients with compound Xuanju capsule combined vitamin C in asthenospermi a and oligospermiaon,especially,the best effection for the group of 31~40 yea rs.%目的 观察复方玄驹胶囊联合维生素C治疗少弱精症患者的临床疗效.方法 选取少弱精症患者349例,根据年龄分为三组,即20~30岁组,31~40岁组,≥41岁组,每组均给予复方玄驹胶囊联合维生素C治疗三个月,同期未治疗的少弱精症42例做对照,分别对比各组治疗前后的精子浓度、A+B级精子百分率、精子总数.结果 三组治疗后的精子浓度、A+B级精子百分率、精子总数均显著高于治疗前;在三组中,31~40岁组精子质量改善最明显.结论 复方玄驹胶囊联合维生素C对少弱精症有显著疗效,尤其是对31~40岁组效果最佳.
