胶原复合β-磷酸三钙在治疗Ⅱ度根分叉病变中的疗效分析

摘要

Objective To investigate clinical significance of collagen composite β-tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP) in treatment of class II fracation defects. Methods The clinical effects of p-TCP were evaluated in 41 patient by measuring changes of probing depths(PD), attachment levels( AL), tooth moibility(TM)and alveolar bone on X-ray before surgery and 12 months after the surgery. Results All patients had no swelling or pain reaction on these areas after the surgery. Probing depth ( PD) and attachment loss( AL) decreased, the gin-gival index(GI) and tooth moibility(TM) reduced significantly after the surgery within 12 months. The new alveolar bone formation was demonstrated in X-ray films. Conclusions The β-TCP periodontal bone graft was a good therapy for classⅡ fraction defects of molar.%目的 胶原复合β-磷酸三钙(collagen composite β -tricalcium phosphate,β-TCP)治疗磨牙Ⅱ度根分叉病变效果.方法 对诊断为Ⅱ度根分叉病变的41例患者进行引导组织再生术,植入胶原复合β-磷酸三钙,通过术前、术后1年的牙松动度、牙周袋深度(probing depth,PD)、附着水平丧失(attachment loss,AL)、牙龈指数(gingival index,GI)、牙齿松动度(tooth moibility,TM)和X线上牙槽骨的表现进行评价.结果 患牙手术后均无疼痛等反应,术后1年与术前比较均有明显的牙周袋深度减少,临床附着水平的获得,X线片上可见牙槽骨增加.结论 胶原复合β-磷酸三钙用于治疗Ⅱ度根分叉病变可以获得较好的临床效果.
