热牙胶根充技术治疗下颌第二磨牙C形根管疗效评价的研究

摘要

目的 评价热牙胶根充技术治疗下颌第二磨牙C形根管的临床疗效.方法 选择下颌第二磨牙C形根管初诊患者100例,按Melton法分型C1:8例,C2:74例,C3:18例,将3型随机均分:热牙胶垂直加压根充组(实验组)50例,冷牙胶侧压根充组(对照组)50例,摄牙片比较根充质量,评价临床疗效.结果 热牙胶组成功率98%,冷牙胶组成功率84%,2组差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 热牙胶根充技术对C形根管的治疗具有独特优势.%Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of thermal gutta percha root canal treatment of mandibular second molar with C-shaped root canal.Methods Dental root canal treatment was done to the mandibular second molar with C shape root canals in newly diagnosed cases of 100 patients, which belonged to type C1( 8 cases ),C2( 74 cases ),and C3( 18 cases )according to Melton law.The 100 cases of three types were randomly divided into two groups: 50 cases added warm gutta vertical group into were the experimental group ,50 cases added cold gutta-side into were the control group.Take a fihn of root canals and compare the quality of the root canals to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results The success rate of the experimental group was 98％ ,while the success rate of the control group was 84％.The success rates of the two groups had a significant difference( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Hot gutta percha root filling techniques on C-shaped root canal have a unique advantage.
