Forsus 推杆式矫治器治疗下颌后缩畸形的临床疗效评价

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Forsus appliance in the treatment of mandibular retrusion during the peak stage of development.Methods 1 1 mandibular retrusion patients were treated with Forsus appliance.Winceph 7.0 Cephalograms A-nalysis Software was used to analyze lateral cephalograms before and after the treatment.Results ANB decreased by 3.36°while SNB increased by 3.05°and the mandibular body length was 3.34 mm longer.The distance from Pg to OLP plane increased by 2.32 mm with overjet decreasing and the molar relationship improving significantly.Conclusions Forsus appliance is effective to correct man-dibular retrusionat the peak stage of development.It can stimulate the mandibular growth and improve sagittal discrepancy and soft tis-sue profile convexity significantly.%目的：观察 Forsus 推杆式矫治器对发育高峰期安氏Ⅱ类1分类下颌后缩患者牙、牙合、颌面结构的影响。方法应用Forsus 矫治器对11例生长发育高峰期的Ⅱ类1分类错牙合患者治疗，利用 winceph 7．0头影测量软件分析治疗前后头颅侧位片。结果ANB 角减小3．36°，SNB 角增加3．05°，下颌体长度增加3．34 mm，Pg 到 OLP 平面的距离增加2．32 mm，覆盖减少，磨牙关系改善，有显著性差异。结论Forsus 推杆式矫治器对发育高峰期下颌后缩患者有较好的下颌骨矫形效果，能促进下颌生长发育，使软硬组织侧貌得到改善。
