镍钛器械Waveone治疗磨牙根管的临床效果

摘要

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of molars root canal preparation using Waveone. Methods The single file Waveone with crown-down technique was used to prepare 67 teeth and the stainless steel K files were used to prepare 54 teeth with the step-back technique. The lateral condensed technique was employed to fill the root. The root canal preparation time,instrument separa-tion and root canal filling were compared. Results The successful rate of root canal filling in Waveone group was 91. 1% and that of the control group was 66. 7% . So the rate of Waveone was better than that of the control group(P < 0. 01). The root canal preparation time of the group using Waveone was (17. 76 ± 1. 96)mins and that of the control group was (33. 82 ± 2. 37)mins. The time of Wave-one group was shorter than that of the control group(P < 0. 01). Conclusions Root canal preparation with Waveone shortens the time and has good shaping and obturating effects.%目的：评价使用机用镍钛器械Waveone 预备磨牙根管的临床效果。方法使用新型单根根管预备锉Waveone 采用冠向下法预备67颗磨牙，不锈钢K 锉采用逐步后退技术预备54颗磨牙。均使用侧方加压技术进行根管充填。比较两组根管预备所需时间、器械分离情况和根管充填效果。结果使用Waveone 进行根管预备根管充填恰充率为91．1％，高于不锈钢器械组的66．7％（P ＜0．01），预备时间为（17．76±1．96）min 少于不锈钢器械组的（33．82±2．37）min（P ＜0．01）。结论使用Waveone 进行根管预备时间短，预备锥度好根管充填密合度强。
