多层螺旋CT评价腭大孔和腭小孔的研究进展

摘要

上颌骨的腭大孔和腭小孔位置深在,结构复杂,内有重要血管和神经穿行.其被视为口腔颌面外科工作的重点和难点.多层螺旋CT通过连续层面薄层成像,结合多平面重组、容积再现等三维重建技术和CT血管造影技术,可有效评价腭大孔区和腭小孔区的正常解剖、毗邻结构和病变特征.%Greater palatine foramen and lesser palatine foramen are deeply located in the maxilla and have complicated structures,inside which hold important vessels and nerves.Due to its special clinical significance,the structure has been considered important,yet difficult,for oral and maxillofacial surgeries.Combination of three-dimensional reconstruction techniques,such as multi-plane reorganization and volume rendering,with CT angiography techniques,allows multi-slice helical CT to effectively evaluate the normal anatomy,adjacent structure and lesion characteristic in the region of greater palatine foramen and lesser palatine foramen with continuous thin section imaging.
