Ф100mm自动轧管机组投坯方法的改进

摘要

The problems of the Ф100mm plug pipe mill located at Seamless Steel Tube Plant, Anyang I & S Co., Ltd. caused by uniform length bloom -feeding practice are analyzed, and the advantages of the newly- used specificlength bloom feeding method are described, giving an effectiveness comparison of the two different methods. The actual operational result shows that the new method is more compatible with the plant's actual operation circumstances.%分析了安阳钢铁股份有限公司无缝钢管厂Ф100mm自动轧管机组均尺投坯生产热轧无缝钢管存在的问题，介绍了定尺投坯法的特点，比较了两种投坯方法的实施效果。实践证明，定尺投坯法是一种符合生产经营实际的投坯方法。
