西部地区农产品物流效率及省际差异动态研究——基于DEA-Malmquist指数法

摘要

Using the province-level panel data in western region from 2005 to 2014 as sample,this paper discusses the changes and the provincial differences of agricultural products logistics efficiency in western region by DEA-Malmquist index and analyzes the main causes of them.then analysis the influence of industrial structure adjustment to agricultural logistics efficiency under the new norm.Research conclusions show that: The efficiency of agricultural products logistics in Western Region increased year by year,but the rate of growth is gradually reduced.And technology progress promotes it,the technology efficiency and scale efficiency play an impediment role.The difference of provinces is shrinking each year,and the difference of technology application level is major factor in the differences of the efficiency.The impact of industrial structure to the efficiency of agricultural products logistics is different at different stages.Accordingly,this paper provides specific suggestions to improve agricultural products logistics efficiency in western region.%以2005-2014年西部地区省际面板数据为样本,基于DEA-Malmquist指数法对其农产品物流效率变化、省际差异性变化及原因进行探讨,并分析产业结构升级对新常态下农产品物流效率的影响.研究发现:西部地区农产品物流效率逐年升高但增速放缓,技术进步是效率提高的主要动力,技术效率和规模效率则起到阻碍作用;各省市差异逐年缩小,技术应用水平是其存在差异的主要原因;产业结构对效率的影响在不同阶段表现作用不同.据此,为改善西部地区农产品物流效率提供了针对性建议.
