组织机构代码管理系统与组织机构代码电子档案管理系统的整合性研究

摘要

The organization code management system and the organization code e-records management system are the processing systems of the code services.But both of them are running independently,so it makes the problems just as the increased income of the system maintenance and the waste of e system resources. Because of the asynchronism in dealing with the services,which makes the differences in data checking. Therefore,we consider integrating both of them into one system.,which means you can deal with the whole services of code in one system. It not only achieves the systematicity and integrity of the code services,but also is a right thought to optimize the code service processes and promote the right development of the code services.%组织机构代码管理系统与组织机构代码电子档案管理系统是全国各级组织机构代码管理机构普遍应用的代码业务处理系统.由于二者独立运行,造成了系统维护成本增加,系统资源浪费等问题.二者在业务处理上的不同步性,对数据核查也造成一定影响.因此,考虑将二者整合成一个系统,实现代码业务的系统性和完整性,将是优化代码业务流程,促进代码业务良性发展的一个正确思路.
