国外食品可追溯制度建设分析及对我国的启示

Food traceability is an important means to ensure food safety, food traceability system is the cornerstone to put food traceability into use. The article described and comparatively analyzed food traceability system of the world's major developed countries, put forward revelation and problems which need attention in the construction of the food traceability system in China to make recommendations to the establishment of China's food traceability system.%食品追溯是保障食品安全的重要手段,而食品追溯制度则是保障食品追溯施行的基石.文章通过对世界主要发达国家的食品可追溯制度对比分析,提出我国在食品追溯制度建设中需要注意的问题,并对我国食品追溯制度的建立提出了建议.
