专利数据元素分类及命名方案研究

摘要

本文阐述了现有专利数据元素的分类和命名现状,具体涉及WIPO ST.36、WIPO ST.66、WIPO ST.86和XML4IP标准,分析了其优点和缺点,并在此基础上,提出了应用于中国专利数据的分类方案和命名方案.%This paper elaborates the current situation of classification and naming of patent data elements, particularly relates to standards WIPO ST.36, WIPO ST.66, WIPO ST.86 and XML4IP, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the standards, and finally proposes a novel classification scheme and naming scheme for China patent data.
