体育综合实验室的建设与管理

摘要

The purpose of this study is to exert the function of laboratory construction in the physical education. Through analyzing the fundamental of laboratory eonstruetion, hardware management, teachers rank and borrow modes from other universities, we propose to establish complex laboratory, assessing system and guide committee, which provide the reference for constructing the special laboratory teaching for physical education.%为了进一步发挥实验室建设在体育教学中的作用，从实验室建设的基本原理、硬件管理、人才师资队伍建设等方面进行了深人的探讨，通过借鉴其他高校的实验室建设模式，提出建立集教学和科研为一体的综合实验室、完善实验人员考核机制以及成立实验室指导委员会等措施。为建设适合体育教学的实验教学模式提供参考依据。
