普通高校排球选项课教学体系的系统研究

摘要

为了提高高校排球选项课的可操作性与教学效果,激发学生参与排球运动的热情,达到增强终身体育意识的目的,采用了文献资料法,综合分析法及专家访谈法,分析探讨了目前我国高校排球选项课的教学现状,指出了存在的弊端,在教学目标、教学内容、教学技巧及考核评价等方面提出了具体的建议和可操作方法,以其为激发大学生排球运动的参与热情,扩大大学生排球人口提供思路。%In order to improve the feasibility and teaching effect,and stimulate students＇ enthusiam for volleyball,thus enhance students＇ awareness for all-life sports,the author contemplates the present situation of volleyball teaching in universities by means of documents,comprehensive analysis and expert interview,and points out some problems existing in such links as teaching and examination,and puts forward some practical suggestions in teaching aims,contents,techniques and examination,and thus optimize volleyball teaching system in universities,so as to excite students＇enthusiasm for volleyball and enlarge the volleyball population of student players in universities.
