校园足球发展中社会资金筹措的研究--基于《中国足球改革发展总体方案》

摘要

Using the methods of literature study and logic analysis, according to the general plan of the reform and the develop⁃ment of Chinese football, it analyzes the method of social founds raising of campus football development, adaptive agents and oth⁃er influence factors. Research has shown that social founds contains campus and social football fields, tax levers leverage social capital, event operations activates social mobility. By raising social funds to the campus football development supplies sports fa⁃cilities, enrich the diversity of input mechanism and reveals its social responsibility to promote the development of the effect.%采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法，参照《中国足球改革发展总体方案》，就校园足球发展的社会资金筹措渠道、行为主体与影响因素等进行了分析。研究表明：社会资金筹措主要有校园与社会共建共享足球场地，税收杠杆撬动社会资金，赛事运营激活社会积极性等渠道。通过筹措社会资金对校园足球发展有补给体育场地设施，丰富投入机制的多元化以及彰显社会责任促进其发展等效果。
