碱改性对USY性质和MoNi/USY加氢脱氧性能的影响

     

摘要

USY zeolites were respectively modified by inorganic alkali NaOH and organic alkali triethanolamine (TEA),and MoNi/USY hydrodeoxygenation catalysts were prepared by using the modified USY as supports.The supports were characterized by XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption,NH3-TPD,Py-IR,etc.The results indicated that alkali modification changed USY pore structure and acid properties,and in comparison with the USY modified by NaOH,USY modified by TEA had bigger pore diameter,more B acid and L acid content.Using the modified USY as the support for the hydrodeoxygenation catalyst of jatropha curcas oil,the TEA modification of USY was better than the NaOH modification of USY.%分别采用无机碱NaOH和有机碱三乙醇胺(TEA)改性USY分子筛,并以改性USY为载体制备了Mo-Ni/USY加氢脱氧催化剂.XRD、N2吸附脱附、NH3-TPD、Py-IR等表征结果表明,碱改性改变了USY的孔结构和酸性,TEA改性USY的孔径、B酸和L酸量均高于NaOH改性USY的.作为小桐子油加氢脱氧催化剂的载体,USY的TEA改性优于USY的NaOH改性.
