以拟薄水铝石为前驱体焙烧制得γ-Al2 O3、δ-Al2 O3和θ-Al2 O33种晶型氧化铝,进行了XRD、BET、FT-IR和介电性质表征,用等体积浸渍法负载CoMo活性组分,评价了以这3种晶型氧化铝为载体的催化剂对噻吩的加氢脱硫性能,并考察了微波对汽油加氢脱硫体系的强化作用.结果显示,以γ-Al2 O3、δ-Al2 O3和θ-Al2 O3为载体的催化剂对噻吩的催化性能依次增强,在260℃下,θ-Al2 O3体系的脱硫率能够达到96.41%;即使在低温下,如220℃时,微波加热对θ-Al2 O3为载体的催化剂催化汽油加氢脱硫体系比常规加热脱硫率可提高15.1%.%γ-Al2O3,δ-Al2O3 and θ-Al2O3 were calcinated using pseudo-boehmiteasthe precursor and were characterized by XRD,BET,FT-IR and dielectric instrument.CoMo/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by equivalent-volume impregnation.HDS performances were investigated under normal and microwave heating method.The results show that HDS performances imcrease from CoMo/γ-Al2O3 to CoMo/θ-Al2O3.At 260 ℃,HDS ratio can be 96.41% in the θ-Al2O3 system;At 220 ℃,catalysis of CoMo/θ-Al2O3 on gasoline under microwave heating is 15.1% higher than that under conventional heating.
