HPLC法测定清麻防风合剂中丹皮酚含量的研究

摘要

本研究建立了清麻防风合剂中丹皮酚的高效液相色谱检测方法.色谱柱:WondaSil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm);流动相:乙腈-水 (40:60);检测波长:274 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:25℃.丹皮酚进样量在0.010 80～0.064 49 g范围内同色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为99.28％, RSD为0.77％.采用HPLC法测定清麻防风合剂中丹皮酚含量, 可以有效控制该制剂的质量, 方法简单、重现性良好、稳定可靠.%A method for the determination of Paeonol in Qingmafangfeng mixture by high performance liquid chromatography was established. Chromatographic column:WondaSil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 m);mobile phase:acetonitrile-water (40:60);detection wavelength:274 nm;flow rate:1.0 mL/min;column temperature:25 ℃.The average recovery of paeonol was 99.28％ and RSD was 0.77％ in the range of0.010 80-0.064 49 g. The content of Paeonol in Qingmafangfeng mixture was determined by HPLC. The method is simple, reproducible, stable and reliable.
