白细胞介素2在自身免疫疾病发病机制中的作用研究进展

摘要

IL-2, also known as T cell growth factor, can promote T cell-dependent immune response. However, recent studies have shown that the main function of IL-2 is to maintain activity of Treg cells, to further regulate the immune response. Therefore, IL-2 can be used as a potential therapeutic strategy of autoimmune diseases to improve autoimmune diseases that is caused by autoantibodies. This paper will briefly explain the recent research progress of IL-2 in treating autoimmune diseases based on the function of IL-2 on Treg cells in the early stage of immune response.%IL-2又称为T细胞生长因子,可以促进T细胞依赖性免疫反应.然而近期研究表明,IL-2的主要作用为维持调节性T细胞的活性,进一步调节免疫反应.IL-2可以作为自身免疫疾病的一种潜在治疗策略,改善由自身抗体引起的自身免疫疾病.本文从IL-2在免疫反应早期对调节性T细胞的作用等方面综述了IL-2在治疗自身免疫疾病方面的研究进展.
