三七花芽分化及花药发育观察

摘要

Study on the morphological changes of bud differentiation and floret development of P .notoginseng ;Paraffin section ;The process of bud differentiation were divided into six steps ,namely ,bud primordium differentiation ,sepal primodium differentiation ,petal primodium differen-tiation ,floret primodium differentiation ,stamen primodium differentiation and pistil primodium differentiation ,and the process of anther develop-ment were divided into early development stage ,microspore mother cell development stage ,the dyad and tetrad stage ,the single nucleus mi-crospore stage and matured pollen grain stage .Bud differentiation was from early June to mid -July ,anther development was from early June , and the process of bud differentiation and anther development of notoginseng is same as anther plants of the genus Panax .%　　了解三七花的形态结构变化及发育进度。通过改良的石蜡切片法观察，三七花芽分化的过程大致分为花芽原基的形成、萼片原基分化、花瓣原基分化、小花原基的出现、雄蕊原基形成及雌蕊原基的形成6个过程。三七花药发育可大致分为花药发育初期、花粉母细胞时期、二分体时期、四分体时期、单核花粉粒时期及成熟花粉时期。三七的花芽分化从6月初开始分化并持续到7月中旬，花药从6月初开始发育，其特性与同属的其他植物一致。
