The current study was performed to investigate the effects of dietary energy levels on growth performance and serum biochemical pa-rameters .192 minks that were two months old were randomly divided into 8 groups ,each treatment consisted of 12 male and 12 female ,the 8 di-etary energy levels were 13.0MJ/kg ,13.5MJ/kg ,14.0MJ/kg ,14.5MJ/kg ,15.0MJ/kg ,15.5MJ/kg ,16.0MJ/kg ,16.5MJ/kg .At the same time ,blood metabolites were determined at 50 of treatment prior to morning feeding .The results indicated that either TC、Glu、HDL-C or LDL-C tended to increase and TP、Alb increase at first then decrease as energy level advanced .To sum up ,male minks intake diet ME more than 13.5MJ/kg and female minks 14.0MJ/kg seems to meet their energy needs .%本试验旨在研究不同能量水平日粮对育成期水貂生长发育及血清生化指标的影响。试验选取60日龄192只水貂(公、母各半),随机分成8组,分别饲喂代谢能为13.0MJ/kg、13.5MJ/kg、14.0MJ/kg、14.5MJ/kg、15.0MJ/kg、15.5MJ/kg、16.0MJ/kg、16.5MJ/kg的试验日粮。饲喂50d之后,清晨空腹采集血液样品进行分析。试验结果显示,日粮能量水平对水貂试验末体重影响差异极显著( P<0.01),随着日粮能量的增加,水貂血清中总胆固醇、葡萄糖、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白含量呈上升趋势;血清总蛋白、白蛋白呈现先上升后下降的趋势。由此可得出结论:育成期日粮代谢能水平公貂不低于13.5MJ/kg ,母貂不低于14.0MJ/kg。
