果树花药培养及单倍体植株鉴定研究进展

摘要

Reviews the research proceedings of fruit anther culture in recent years ,analyzes the pathways and factors of anther culture to obtain haploid plants systematically ,outlines several methods for anther culture regenerated plants were identified ploidy ,and tables several issues raised fruit trees anther culture techniques exist and future research prospects .%综述了国内、外果树花药培养的研究进展，分析了花药培养获得单倍体植株的途径及其在果树上的应用，探讨了影响单倍体植株诱导率与植株再生率的内、外界因素，概述了再生植株倍性鉴定技术的发展历程，指出了果树单倍体育种的重大意义，对目前果树单倍体育种存在的问题提出了解决方法、建议。
