采用实验设计的X射线荧光光谱法测定不锈钢保护渣中成分

         

摘要

DOE(Design of Experiment)is used to optimize the current,voltage,sample particles,compression-force during the determination of CaO,SiO2,Al2O3,Fe2O3in protecting slag for producing stainless steel by X-Ray florescence spectrometry,and self-made samples are used to draw the working curves. The experiment result has shown that DOE could help to find the best way to determine all the elements with desirable accuracy and precision, and the results obtained from it are in line with that determined by wet-chemical analysis.%本文采用X射线荧光光谱测定不锈钢保护渣中CaO、SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3时,对电流、电压、试样粒度、压片压力利用DOE(试验设计)技术进行优化,采用自制标样绘制工作曲线.试验表明,采用DOE设计技术后,能够得到测定所有元素的最佳条件,方法有良好的精密度和准确度,所得结果与湿法化学分析结果一致.
