本文通过分析企业领导干部培训存在的问题,探索企业领导干部培训的新途径,对提高领导干部培训工作的针对性和实用性进行了粗浅的探讨.%In this paper, we explored the new path for training of enterprise leaders by analyzing the issues in training of leaders and conducted superficial discussion on pertinence and practicality of upgrading the training of en-terprise leaders.
