聚合物驱后复合相态调驱体系提高采收率技术

         

摘要

针对聚合物驱后地层非均质性加剧,导致二次聚合物驱溶液极易窜流的问题,选择聚合物驱窜流控制剂(VPG)与聚合物(HPAM)组成的复合相态调驱体系,开展室内双管非均质岩心驱替实验和三管非均质岩心驱油性能评价实验,对聚合物驱后复合相态调驱体系提高采收率效果进行了研究.结果表明:复合相态体系可以显著改善并联岩心管的非均质性,低渗岩心的采收率提高幅度达到24.9%,总体采收率提高幅度大于8.0%;复合相态体系能有效封堵高渗岩心,减少聚合物溶液在高渗岩心中的窜流.该研究可解决二次聚合物驱溶液沿高渗层窜流的问题,扩大聚合物溶液的波及体积,为二次聚合物驱开发提供实验依据.%The polymer solution channeling is frequent in the secondary polymer flooding due to the increasing res-ervoir heterogeneity results from polymer flooding. The displacement performance of a composite profile-control sys-tem including channeling inhibitor of polymer flooding(VPG)and a polymer(HPAM)is evaluated by laboratory double-tube and three-tube experiments with heterogeneous core samples. The recovery performance of this com-posite profile-control system is researches after polymer flooding. Research indicates that the heterogeneity of paral-lel core samples can be significantly improved by this composite profile-control system. The recovery degree of low-permeability core sample can be enhanced by 24.9% and the overall recovery degree can be increased by more than 8.0%. High-permeability core sample could be effectively plugged by this composite profile-control system, which will reduce the channeling of polymer solution in high-permeability core sample. The channeling of polymer solution in high-permeability layer can be reduced by this new system,which could increase the swept volume of polymer solution and provide certain experimental reference for the secondary polymer flooding.
